Below, is his message of hope for those struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.

A message from Ron:

This month I celebrated 22 years of sobriety.

Ron Dock, Interventionist, CAC, EAP Twenty two years ago my life was over-powered and consumed by the disease of addiction. I was homeless and had lost my will to live. I never believed that a man like me, who had fallen so hard and so low, could ever be free from the desire, torment and destruction of addiction.

On October 5, 1992, I made the decision to take the first step into that freedom. I surrendered and reached out for help. There is nothing easy about surrender. It is a battle, but it is one that you can win! I am a living witness to this truth!

Today, I am a true man of integrity who is blessed to have my beautiful wife, Cathy of 17 years, a successful 16 year career as the interventionist for the New York Yankees and a consultant for The Darryl Strawberry Recovery Center helping others overcome this destructive and deadly disease. I am a man restored by God and a living witness that people like us can and do recover.
